The service is intended to help organizations identify and reduce security risks before production impact.

You may only use FortifAI for authorized and lawful defensive security testing.

You must not use FortifAI for unauthorized attacks, abuse, or activities that violate applicable laws.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to test every system and endpoint you connect to FortifAI.

You remain responsible for your deployment, remediation decisions, and operational controls.

FortifAI retains ownership of platform software, branding, and service materials.

You retain ownership of your own data, scan outputs, and internal security artifacts.

FortifAI is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or complete threat elimination.

Security findings should be treated as guidance and integrated into your broader risk management workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FortifAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
